Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Sign in to your 0layers account
- Open your account settings
- Select "Delete Account"
Once your account is deleted, all of your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This includes your profile information, brands, generated content, uploads, and billing history.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information: Email, name, and authentication credentials
- Brand data: All brands you created, including extracted brand kits and logos
- Generated content: All AI-generated posts, renders, and designs
- Uploaded files: All images and files you uploaded
- Billing history: Subscription and transaction records
- Usage data: Feed preferences, likes, and interaction history
3. Third-Party Data
If you logged in using a third-party service (such as Facebook or Google), deleting your 0layers account removes your data from our systems. To also remove the connection on the third-party side:
- Facebook: Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove 0layers
- Google: Go to Google Account → Third-party apps and remove 0layers
4. Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, or if you want to request deletion of specific data, you can email us:
Please use the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA.
